Assumption of costs:

Private insurances usually assume the costs for annual check-ups. Several corporate or collective insurances do not grant their insured members yearly examinations up to the standard coverage. In order to avoid unwanted financial burdens, it is important that you inform us of the scope of your medical insurance policy. In these instances, or in case you have no insurance at all, we offer streamlined, more economical check-ups encompassing the most relevant basic examinations for your individual case. The scope of these check-ups will be agreed with you personally.

The scope of each check-up depends on gender, age (adults and children) and personal medical history. Please ask your insurance agent or contact us for help in order to determine if, and to what extent, your insurance covers the costs.

Please note: The majority of blood tests are carried out by the Laboratory Dr. Riegel in Wiesbaden and invoiced separately. Medical consultants such as cardiologists, radiographologists, gynaecologists or gastroenterologists to name a few also charge for their services separately.

Report on diagnostic findings:

After all medical examinations have taken place and relevant evaluations been carried out, you will receive a detailed report on diagnostic findings and relevant recommendations by post. If desired, the report will be drawn up in English for our foreign language patients. Our Japanese patients may additionally receive the laboratory results in their native language.

Please make an appointment either by phone or use our online service 24 hours a day.

In case of illness, please feel free to come to our practice without having previously made an appointment.
